Our Story

A Message from Janna

Growing up in a blue-collar household with parents who built my childhood home, I’ve always been drawn to how things are made. As a creative individual I went to college for product design and have a particular fascination with how people live in their spaces. This evolved to designing my own custom home where I spent four years as the General Contractor and finding my strength in project managing while enjoying the connections I was making in the construction industry. As someone who also relishes a good day’s hard work that ends in achey muscles and a finished project, I am endlessly excited to bring all of these aspects together into a business I have started from the ground. From a tiny grain of a dream to the official launch of Fox Contracting in early 2024, complete with a small office and warehouse, the excitement of this journey has kept me going when the entrepreneurial rollercoaster takes its inevitable plunge before the next high.
